IDC, IDC STAFF and EFRI program

Go pro, continuing….. Become a dive instructor and change your life

The instructor training is one of the most intense courses you’ll ever take, and so, it is quite important to choose an IDC center you can trust, where you feel comfortable and at home. At BBdivers we offer very personal extensive preparation, however, an instructor course which is fun at the same time. Our learning environment is very relaxed and the training complete. We not only get our candidates ready to pass the IE (instructor exam), but make sure that they are ready to start teaching in their own personal style and trained up to the highest standards.

prerequisites

Candidates need

  • a medical certification that you're fit for diving
  • an efr cert no older than 1 year
  • min 18 years
  • to be a certified Padi dive master or equivalent
Why take the IDC at BBdivers?

Since all Padi IDC centers offer the same courses, how to choose..... What we focus on her eis first of all a very thorough preparation, adjusted for each candidate depending on their experience and knowledge. At bbdivers we do not make 'robotcandidates' who perform and teach all in the same way. We make sure that you master all required skills, and will be teachin in your own style. Also, we teach in many different languages, although it is best to take a part of the training in English, since you'll be teaching in this language most of the time.  Another important fact is Koh Chang, which is a very beautiful island to spend some time, the diving is good, the island is great and the living is nice.

A last 'ace' of course is our BBdivers' center. There are plenty of instructors around to advise you while you prepare, and 3 staff instructors to check on your progression. All our previous candidates and divers really appreciated the relaxed but professional environment that we offer on the boat and in the dive center, and keep coming back for more....

Pricing.... We teach the new 2010 standards and have the new Padi materials in stock. Stated here are prices all inclusive, no hidden extras. The IDC is not a cheap course, so, every possible payment you might need is stated in the price list, depending on how much extra training you want to take, or do not want to take.

The books are priced separatly, and equipment you'll probably have, if not, you can ask for a price estimate for what you do need, new or secondhand. The minimum training you will need to do is the full IDC (with free prep. and free specialty), and the EFR instructor, all the other courses are extra training and thus also separately priced.

Taking part in an IDC is an experience that will change your life for the better, be ready to give it 100 %, and after a few weeks of hard work you'll have the job of a life time!
