🐠 PADI Discover Freediving – ½ Day or Full day

A relaxed introduction to freediving.

This experience gives you a taste of freediving by teaching the fundamentals in confined water. You’ll begin with dry breathing and relaxation techniques, then move into shallow water to practice breath control and body awareness.

• Available from the shore or as part of a freedive day trip by boat

• Includes 1 freedive session and free time for snorkeling over Koh Chang’s coral reefs

• Great for travelers who want a first try before committing to a full course

🧘 PADI Basic Freediver Course – 1 Day

Start slow, go deep.

The Basic Freediver course is perfect for those not yet sure if freediving is their thing. It is Day 1 of the full Freediver course, designed to build core skills in a single day.

• Begin with PADI eLearning at home (theory, videos, quizzes)

• Learn proper breathing, relaxation, static apnea, and dynamic apnea techniques

• Confined water training takes place either at the beach or in a pool

• Most participants achieve a 2-minute breath-hold by the end of the course!

🌊 PADI Freediver Course – 2 Days

Your full foundation course.

This is the most popular freediving course and offers a complete learning experience in both confined and open water.

Day 1:

• Study theory with PADI eLearning

• Master breathing techniques, static and dynamic apnea

• Train in confined water (pool or beach)

Day 2:

• Open water sessions from the boat

• Practice equalization, safety protocols, and descent techniques

• Reach depths of 10–16 meters

By the end of the course, you’ll feel in control, relaxed, and truly free beneath the surface.

🧭 PADI Advanced Freediver Course – 2 Days

Go deeper, stay longer.

Ready to level up? The Advanced Freediver course helps you dive to depths of 16–24 meters while improving technique and breath-hold ability.

You’ll expand on the skills you’ve already learned with more challenging static and dynamic sessions, plus deeper open water dives.

• Pre-course PADI eLearning

• Confined water training (beach or pool)

• 2 days of in-water practice including deep dives from the boat

• Emphasis on athletic ability, performance training, and deeper connection with the ocean

Many divers complete this level as a natural continuation after their first course.
