• Start with PADI eLearning – Complete the theory, videos, and quizzes at your own pace before arriving

• 2 Days of Practical Training – One day in confined water and one day in the open sea (beach or boat, depending on conditions and experience)

• Optional Add-On – Extend your course with a third training day for additional challenge and practice

• On arrival: Day 1 covers theory and first aid skills

• Followed by 2 days of rescue dive training
